ADSC eXOrich medium is a serum-free and ready-to-use medium. The composition is optimized for the exosomes (EVs) production from adipose-derived stem cell (ADSC). For EVs production, we recommend that ADSCs be cultivated in dishes or flasks until 90% confluence under regular culture conditions, and then remove the original culture medium and wash cells with the PBS and ADSC eXOrich to remove the residual medium. Then the culture medium was replaced with ADSC eXOrich and cultured for 3-4 days before collecting the conditioned medium for exosome purification.

Users can also replace the original basal medium with ADSC eXOrich, and subculture ADSC for at least one passage, and then perform the above steps to obtain a conditioned medium for exosome purification.

Using ADSC eXOrich culture medium for exosome production, there is no need to add common nutritional supplements such as serum or human platelet lysate; however, users can decide to add appropriate nutritional supplements based on actual needs.
